Montgomery succeeds to show his point the use of alliteration to show the readers the importance of having a well-planned future for the younger generation. Therefore, he presents the alliteration well in a manner that brings understanding to the reader. Assonance Assonance is the repletion of a similar sound in a sentence to emphasize on a theme to that of an article being read.
